A post-Eid greeting and exchange meeting was held with the Awami League and allied organizations in Raipura of Narsingdi. A day-long exchange meeting was held with party leaders and supporters from 24 unions and 1 municipality of the upazila yesterday. Raipura Union Parishad Chairman Farooq Hossain Ali presided over it. Laila Kaniz Lucky, Chairman of the Upazila Parishad and candidate for the post of Chairman in the upcoming Upazila Parishad elections was present as the chief guest.
Upazila Awami League Joint General Secretary, Rajib Ahmed Partho conducted the meeting. In this, the speakers called to work on behalf of chairman candidate Laila Kaniz Lucky and vice chairman candidate Md.Suman Mia in the upcoming upazila parishad elections. Raipura Municipality Mayor Jamal Molla, Al-Amin Bhuiya Masud, General Secretary Riyaz Morshed Khan Russell, Members Khorshed Alam Tapan, Ataur Rahman, Jahangir Alam, President and General Secretary of various Union Awami League and the leaders of allied organizations were present.
